Heavy duty loader buckets are designed for face or bank loading in mines or quarries. The specific shape, the raw materials used and the straight edges with theeth provide a great breakout force and increased penetration during its use.

Manufactured with heavy structure made of Hardox 400 where the bucket is subjected to the greatest stress and wear, this product has additional guards on the sides and on the bottom ensuring high performance when moving compact and rocky terrain. Usually this bucket has also a bigger blade and teeth size to facilitate the penetration work.

This bucket is the perfect product for loading and excavating semi-rocky soil, gravel and dry clay. The differences from the standard bucket are the special additional wear-resistant supports on the most exsposed areas of the bucket (side and bottom).

Bucket designed for loading and excavating light and medium consistency grounds, such as soil, loam, non-compacted sand, gravel and dry clay.

The product is designed for trenches excavation and for ditches building. Its specific shape and the tilted sides allow to model perfectly channel banks, little river beds and trenches.

Log forks are a useful tool in the forestry industry to handle, load, unload and move logs and lumber. Its flat fork tines and a raised back frame is made of high resistant alloy, to ensure strength and relaiability in every situation. This attachment allows also a great visibility to keep the operation efficient and safe.

This bucket, designed for heavy duty applications, is typically used to handle and load boulders and large blocks. With a flared profile to help penetration, the block bucket is entirely of HARDOX 400. Special guards using the best wear-resistant materials and the intechangable middle tooth guarantee also a better lifetime of this tool.

Speific loader bucket to handle and load light materials (compost, wood scraps, cereals…). This product can be customized (raw materials used, sizes, wear-resistant parts…) to meet the customer needs.

The skeleton bucket is a special product equipped with a grill frame. This product is designed to select stones, demolished material or waste from the ground.

The swiveling bucket is similar to the ditch cleaning bucket and it is designed to clean and maintain water drainage ditches, embankments, little river beds and dikes.
The standard structure is made with a round profile and one or more central reinforcement ribs depending on the width of the bucket. The swiveling system consists in one or two hydraulic cylinders that allow the bucket to be turned up to 45° to the right or the left.

High dump bucket is designed to handle and load different materials (max 1000 kg/m3) at dump height. Especially suitable to feed compactors, load trucks and simply work.

The MAX Lock Quick Coupling System has been developed and created by VTN EUROPE in order to respond positively to the New EU norms in matter of reliability and safety for manouvring suspended loads.

Designed to break through top layers of cooled slag and handle buried hot slag (~ 900°/1000°) and to withstand slag’s abrasive characteristics. High-wear areas of the bucket are supported with additional rows of layered alloys that are specifically designed to resist to high temperatures and abrasion. The buckets are completely made of HARDOX 450 and WELDOX 700.
